"When the time came that we could no longer care for my husband at home, Addington Place of Burlington quickly stepped in and provided Assisted Living for him then when the need came he was transitioned into their Memory Care Unit.  When his disease progressed to the point of needing Hospice, that too was an available option to keep him in his familiar environment. The whole staff was kind, caring and provided the best of care anyone could ask for their loved one.  I would like to say a special thanks to Amber, head of resident care and Maggie, Don and Paul of Hospice who made his passing as comfortable for him as possible."
